Orders using Local Tracked Mail, Local Delivery and International Airmail will all be placed in the packing queue at the warehouse. We aim to pack these orders within 3 business days and ready for pick up by courier or SingPost. But due to some unforeseen circumstances, delays are unavoidable.
Local Expedite Delivery are automatically packed in priority as they require to be shipped earlier.
In some cases, other customer may have placed the same bricks at the same moment and their payment has been complete and cleared first, and these bricks maybe out of stocks. In these cases, we will email you to inform you regarding the missing bricks.
Local Tracked Mail
We aim to pack these orders within 3 business days and ready for pick up by SingPost. This shipping option usually deliver within 5 business days after shipped. All Local Tracked Mail services are carried out by SingPost. Your order will be delivered to your letterbox of the shipping address provided in your order.

Local Normal Delivery
We aim to pack these orders within 3 business days and ready for pick up by courier. This shipping option usually deliver within 3 business days after shipped. All Local Normal Delivery services are carried out by external logistics company or our appointed delivery company. They will contact you before they deliver.
Your order will be delivered to the doorstep of the shipping address provided in your order. Scheduled delivery time may not be available for some external logistics as some do not provide scheduled delivery.

Local Expedite Delivery
We aim to pack these orders within 1 business day and ready for pick up by courier. This shipping option usually delivers within 2 business days after shipped. All Local Expedite Delivery order will have prioritised packing. All Local Expedite Delivery services will be carried out by external logistics company or our appointed delivery company. They will contact you for your preferred delivery time slot.
Your order will be delivered to the doorstep of the shipping address provided in your order. Scheduled delivery time may not be available for some external logistics as some do not provide scheduled delivery.

International Airmail Shipping
We aim to pack these orders within 72 hours and ready for pick up by SingPost. This shipping option usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination, for the package to reach you. However, this is an estimated shipping lead time and may be subject to delays by unforeseen circumstances. International Airmail Shipping services will be carried out by SingPost till it reaches the designated country. Online Tracking Service by SingPost WILL be available for this service till it leaves Singapore, you are required to check with your local post office for tracking service after your order leaves Singapore.
